Refund & Returns Policy

At Halliverton London, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship, premium quality, and tailoring of our garments. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you in resolving the matter swiftly under United Kingdom consumer legislation.
1. Statutory Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within a 14-day cooling-off period.

This period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement via email to help@halliverton.store.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned to us in their original, immaculate condition:

Garments must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.

All original tags, labels, and minimalist presentation packaging must be fully intact.

We reserve the right to make a deduction from the reimbursement if the value of the goods has been diminished due to unnecessary handling by you (beyond what is deemed reasonable to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items).
3. Faulty, Defective, or Misdescribed Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If any item you purchase from us develops a manufacturing fault, you are entitled to the following standard statutory protections:

Short-Term Right to Reject (Within 30 Days): If your goods are faulty when received or develop a structural defect within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to an immediate full refund.

Beyond 30 Days: If a fault develops after the initial 30 days, you are entitled to a repair or a replacement in the first instance. If the repair or replacement is unsuccessful, you may then claim a full or partial refund.

4. Refund Timeline and Process

We will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we receive the returned goods back from you, or 14 days after the day you provide verifiable proof of return shipment.

The refund will include the full purchase price of the items plus the standard delivery costs originally paid (if you chose a premium or express delivery option, we are only legally required to reimburse the cost of our standard basic delivery service).

All refunds will be issued directly to the original method of payment used during the initial transaction.
