Thank you for choosing Halliverton London. We strive to provide a seamless, secure, and premium delivery service for our minimalist casual sportswear. All shipments are fully tracked and delivered to your doorstep in accordance with United Kingdom consumer regulations.
1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines
We offer two delivery options at checkout to suit your preferences. Please note that delivery windows are calculated from the date of dispatch:

2. Processing and Dispatch
All orders undergo a strict quality control check and packaging process before being handed over to our couriers. Once your package has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation email containing your tracking link to monitor your delivery on halliverton.store.
3. Delivery Risk & Consumer Protection
In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains entirely with Halliverton London until the items are physically delivered into your possession, or into the possession of a person identified by you to take delivery. We accept full statutory liability for the safety of your garments while they are in transit.
4. The Statutory 30-Day Delivery Guarantee
While we aim to deliver all parcels well within our stated windows (up to 12 business days for Standard Shipping), UK statutory law mandates that all goods must be delivered to the consumer within a maximum of 30 days from the date of order confirmation.

In the highly unlikely event that your delivery exceeds this 30-day window, you hold the automatic statutory right to cancel your order and receive an immediate, full refund.
5. Lost, Missing or Damaged Shipments
If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, or if your premium garments arrive damaged due to courier handling, please contact our dedicated support team immediately at help@halliverton.store. We will launch a priority investigation with the courier service and arrange a replacement or a full refund as required by your consumer rights.
